Anti-Human IL2RB Recombinant Antibody (MiK-Beta-1) (CAT#: TAB-425CL)
Recombinant Humanized monoclonal antibody expressed in CHO binding to Human IL2RB. This is a humanized antibody to the IL-2 receptor beta-chain that acts synergistically with humanized anti-TAC. The humanized Mik beta 1 in combination with humanized anti-Tac will provide a new immunosuppressive therapy for the treatment of autoimmune diseases, graft-versus-host disease, and prevention of allograft rejection.

SDS-PAGE analysis of TAB-425CL in β-mercaptoethanol-reduced (Lane 2) and non-reduced (Lane 1) conditions. Gel stained for 30 minutes with Coomassie Blue. As a result of different β-mercaptoethanol-reduced proteins (Heavy chain and Light chain) migrate as about 50 kDa and 25 kDa, respectively. And non-reduced protein migrates as about 180-275 kDa.

Western blot analysis of TAB-425CL was performed by loading human IL2RB protein, His tag.
TAB-425CL incubation concentration: 2 ng/μL.
The secondary antibody: HRP-Goat Anti-human IgG (H+L).

ELISA analysis of TAB-425CL was performed by coating with human IL2RB protein (no tag). Then blocked with BSA and incubated with TAB-425CL. The HRP conjugated Anti-human IgG as a secondary antibody (1: 2000). Detection was performed using TMB substrate and stopped with sulfuric acid. The absorbances were read on a spectrophotometer at 450 nm.
